L1028 12V replacement battery

To replace the battery in your Fish Strike Fish Alarm, turn the round battery cover counter-clockwise a quarter turn using a screwdriver or coin.  Remove the battery cover using your thumbnail or a small slotted screwdriver (take note of the position of the rubber O-ring when removing the cover).  Once the cover is removed the battery can be removed with a gentle tap.  Insert the new battery with the button up and reinstall the cover.  Make sure to maintain the position of the O-ring when reinstalling the cover.  Rotate the cover a quarter turn clockwise.
